UPPER AIR SOUNDING AND RAPID REFRESH (RAP) SCRIPTS

This script retrieves and displays the latest Upper Air Sounding report and the NEW RAP (RAPID REFRESH) runs. This script can be configured for various station IDs.

UPPER AIR SOUNDING SCRIPT   Latest Version V 1.4 - 11/11/2012 - This script displays an SKEW-T diagram for a designated station.

Here is an example of the syntax needed to run the script:

RAP_RUN   SCRIPT  Latest Version V 1.4 -  5/02/2012 - This script displays a color-coded RAP 12 Hr report. Colors are based on severities of the individual indices reported.

TROPICAL VORTEX REPORT

TROPICAL SYSTEM VORTEX REPORT SCRIPT - This script displays the latest VORTEX report from NOAA reconnaissance flights into the center of tropical systems.

HIGH DENSITY OBESERVATION (HDOB) MAP - This script displays the latest HDOB report from NOAA reconnaissance flights into the center of tropical systems.

SYSTEM STATUS REPORT SCRIPT

SYSTEM STATUS REPORT SCRIPT - This script displays a list of files that were FTP'd up to the server. This provides a quick overview of the file transfer status, allowing us to find if any files are not reaching their destinations.

PRINTABLE FLYER SCRIPT

PRINTABLE FLYER SCRIPT - This script allow you to print out a weather flyer for your site to distribute to local businesses. This script has been modified to work with VWS tags.
